If you have finished interviewing your potential real estate agent and are now ready to sell your property, there are a few things you can do to get ready to list:

  • Locate the survey for your property
  • Find your most recent realty tax bill
  • Assemble the last 12 months of your utility bills (heat, hydro, and water)
